We are back online and working hard

Joined the OC Crossfit this weekend... will begin working with the team there at least 3x weekly.

Lung Walk

Skill:
Overhead Squat (3,3,3,3,3)
65, 75, 85, 95, 105

WOD: 21-15-9

Front Squats (115lbs)
Box Jumps (24")
