More Fun from the Hilton Singapore

Workouts are a bit limited... that said, today's put a hurt on me - walking a little stiff for the remainder of the day.

3 mile - Treadmill (this sucked)

15 DB Thrusters (45lbs)
25 ABMAT situps
10 Burpees

Going to try and get to CF Singapore on Wednesday - before I fly to China tonight
