WOD - Working at the YMCA

Established a family membership today... kids loved it:

Swim
10 lengths - Freestyle
1 length - Back Stroke
2 lengths - Breast Stroke
1 length - Back Stroke

Home WOD
3 Rounds (not for time)

10 Thrusters (75lbs)
10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
