WOD - Easy Rider - Good to be back

IT has been almost two weeks since I injured by back rowing... ouch... 1st week couldn't even walk without wanting to die...

Two weeks later and I am ready to begin easing into a CF workout again...

Today was :

10 Pull Ups
10- Front Squat (75lbs)
